SHIPPING & ORDER
1. What countries do you ship to?
We ship our all products worldwide, with an exception of the Sanrio Re-Ment Miniatures (shipping for these is available only to the United States and
Canada).
2. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the total weight of the items you ordered and where
your package is be shipping to.
3. I’m an International Customer. How do I know how much my shipping
charge will be?
Once you are done with your order and “checkout” you will see your total
shipping charges, nothing will be charged to your credit card until you
finalize your order.
4. How do I know you received my order?
We will send you a confirmation email confirming that your order was
received and is being processed.
5. What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time varies on where the package is going. Please
note that your order will ship out within 48 hours of it being placed.
6. What shipping carriers do you use, and what methods do I have?
All items will be shipped via USPS and you have the following shipping
options:
Priority, Parcel Post and Express Mail.
7. How can I track my order?
All orders shipped via PRIORITY mail will have a tracking number
provided to you. *
*Not applicable to International orders
8. What types of payment do you accept?
All orders will be processed safely and securely through PAYPAL.com
9. Do I have to enter my ordering information each time I place an
order, or do you have a way to create an account?
No. If you create an account with SugoiLife.com Your information will be
stored each time you log on. You can also make purchases as a “Guest” but would
require you to enter all billing and shipping information for each order.
10. Do you accept Pre-Orders?
Yes, pre-orders are taken where applicable. Please note that all pre-orders
are final. No cancelations or refunds will be given.
11. How will shipping be effected during the holidays?
Our online team will be working very hard to ensure that your order is shipped out as fast as possible. Please note that we will be closed November 24th and 25th as well as December 23 through the 26th. Order placed from November 22 thru December 26 may experience a short delay in shipping.

FOOD
1. How long will the food products last?
Depending on what you ordered, on average the snacks will not expire
from anywhere between 4 months to a year from when you placed your order.
2. Is all your food approved by the FDA?
Yes, they are.
3. Are the snacks sold in packages or individually?
We sell all our delicious snacks individually and unopened.
RE-MENT MINIATURES
1. What does Re-Ment mean?
“Re-Ment” means “Reforming
the Entertainment” Whether you are a doll collector, into miniatures, dioramas
or anything kawaii, you’ll appreciate the uniqueness of each piece.
2. How is the Re-Ment made?
All Re-Ment pieces are hand-crafted and hand-painted. There’s a big
emphasis on attention to detail with these tiny pieces.
3. How are the Re-Ment
Miniatures packaged?
Most of our Re-Ment series
are “blind-boxes” meaning they are all packaged the same, so that it is a fun
surprise each time you open it. We sell our Re-Ments by the full set , so there
is absolutely no guessing involved AND you are guaranteed a complete set with
each full box that you buy!!
4. What is going to happen with my Re-Ment card from the stores?
As of now, we are transitioning the information from the cards into our system. We will be updating all our loyal Re-Ment customers when it is up!

3. How do I
subscribe/unsubscribe your Newsletters?
Please visit
our homepage and see the signup sheet on our sidebar. If you do no
longer want to receive our emails, please click on the “Unsubscribe”
button at the bottom of each email.
4. What are BLIND BOXES or mystery boxes?
Blind Boxes
For decades, Japan has sold these blind boxes
in supermarkets, convenient stores, specialty stores and department stores. A
blind box package hides the content of the product keeping what you get inside a
SURPRISE!! Much like the old Cracker Jack snacks with hidden toys inside, the
blind boxes will keep you guessing on what is inside....
The SURPRISE !!
Our blind boxes from Re-Ments to Vinyls have
their own creatively designed packaging. Most will show the entire series
incorporated into the design of the box. Some might even have a mystery or
secret figures/items (sometimes known as chase figures), which are very rare. If
you get one, HOLD ON TO IT!!
