We take pride in our products. After all, we collect this stuff, too! Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed.

**Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time. 

SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA

We use USPS to ship orders. Packages shipped using USPS are trackable and insurance is offered upon request (all insurance fees are covered by the customer) Please note that Sugoi Life does not cover any damages or lost packages made during transit.

·       Hawaii and Alaska USPS
·       International USPS (United States Postal Service): International Priority

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND CUSTOMS DETAILS

Please be aware that orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States, many of which are manufactured in China or other non-US countries. Sugoi Life is not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Sugoi Life encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Sugoi Life will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Like our customers, we are fans of shipping promotions. Unfortunately, however, any special shipping offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a US destination via USPS Ground.

We also regret that free shipping and/or other shipping promotions do not apply to oversized packages. Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders containing oversized products at the time of processing.

PURCHASING INSURANCE

If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact Sugoi Life, Inc. to make these arrangements. Please note that the customer covers all insurance fees.

PRICING POLICY

Sugoi Life reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard www.sugoilife.com Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
